Abstract
Örgütsel etik iklim ve narsisizmin schadenfreude eğilimi üzerindeki etkisinin incelendiği bu çalışmada, egoist iklim, yardımseverlik iklimi ve ilkelilik iklimi örgütsel etik iklimin alt boyutları olarak ele alınmıştır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda Erzurum ilindeki banka şubelerinde çalışan 332 kişiden anket yöntemiyle veri toplanmıştır. Araştırmanın bulgularına göre egoist iklim ve narsisizm schadenfreude eğilimini olumlu şekilde etkilerken, ilkelilik iklimi ise olumsuz şekilde etkilemektedir. Yardımseverlik iklimi ile schadenfreude eğilimi arasında anlamlı bir ilişkiye rastlanılmamıştır. Öte yandan egoist iklimin ve ilkelilik ikliminin narsisizmi olumlu, yardımseverlik ikliminin ise olumsuz yönde etkilediği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.
In this study, which examines the organizational ethical climate and the effects of narcissism on the schadenfreude tendency, egoistic climate, benevolence climate and principled climate are considered as sub-dimensions of organizational climate. For this purpose, data were collected from 332 people working in the bank branches in Erzurum. According to the findings of the study, while egoistic climate and narcissism positively affect schadenfreude tendency, principled climate negatively affects it. No significant relationship was found between benevolence climate and schadenfreude tendency. On the other hand, it was concluded that egoistic climate and principlism climate affect narcissism positively, while benevolence climate affects it negatively.
