Karayolu Yük Taşımacılığı için Ağır Ticari Araç Sektöründeki Çekici Araç Seçimi Problemine Yönelik Copras-g Yöntemi ile Karar Verme

Abstract

Bu tez çalışması karayolu yük taşımacılığında kullanılan ve ülkemizde de bu sektörde tedarikçi pozisyonunda olan sekiz firmanın en çok tercih edilen sekiz farklı model aracının çok kriterli karar verme tekniklerinden olan COPRAS-G yöntemi ile seçilmesini kapsar. Çalışma bu sektörde faaliyette bulunan gerek kurumsal gerek bireysel kullanıcılara maliyetleri oldukça yüksek olan bu araçların satın alım süreçlerinde yol göstermeyi amaç edinmektedir. Bu bağlamda uzman görüşlerine başvurarak ve literatür incelenerek araç seçiminde kullanılan ana ve alt kriterler belirlenmiş daha sonra incelenen bu kriterler araçların teknik broşürlerinden elde edilen verilerle modele alınarak COPRAS-G yöntemi uygulanıp en ideal çözüme ulaşılmaya çalışılmıştır. Çalışmamız üç bölümden meydana gelmektedir. Birinci bölüm karayolu yük taşımacılığına, dünyadaki ve Türkiye'deki otomotiv sektörüne genel bir bakışı kapsamaktadır. Yine ikinci bölümde karar verme teorisine, çok kriterli karar verme tekniklerine ve uygulamada kullanılan COPRAS-G tekniğine değinilmiştir. Üçüncü ve son bölümde ise çalışmamızda kullanılan ana ve alt kriterler belirlenerek COPRAS-G yöntemi ile karar verme süreci analiz edilmiş daha sonra ise sonuç bölümünde bulgulardan ve önerilerden bahsedilmiştir. This study aims to guide both institutional and personal commercial heavy vehicle users in road freight transport industry during the purchasing process since commercial heavy vehicles are relatively costly. In this context, main and lower criteria considered in the selection process were determined regarding expert opinions and the existing literature and the data of the corresponding criteria were obtained with respect to technical brochures of heavy commercial vehicle firms to reach the optimum solution performing COPRAS-G method in the model used in the present study. This thesis consists of three main sections. The first section involves a general viewpoint for road freight transport and the automotive industry in both Turkey and the rest of the world. The second section deals with the methodological framework of decision making theory, multicriteira decision making techniques and various applications of the COPRAS-G method. The third section introduces the decision making analysis of the COPRAS-G method using main and lower criteria and makes recommandations with respect to analysis findings.
