Abstract
Günümüzde hızla gelişen teknoloji sayesinde hayatımızın vazgeçilmez bir parçası olan ve artarak devam eden teknolojik ürünler bizleri birer tüketici olmanın yanında artık birer üretici konumuna da getirmiştir. Endüstri 4.0 devrimiyle birlikte sosyal ve iş hayatımızda birçok yeni bileşen aktif olarak kullanılmaya başlandı. 3 boyutlu yazıcılarda bu bileşenlerden biri olarak hayatımızda yerini almakta ve hızla yaygınlaşan bir kullanım alanına sahip olmaktadır. 3 boyutlu azıcılar sayesinde bizler sadece tüketici konumunda olmamakta ayrıca üretici konumunda da yerimizi almaktayız. Üre-tüketici kavramını ortaya çıkaran 3 boyutlu yazıcılar sayesinde ihtiyaç duyduğumuz her zaman bilgisayar destekli çizimi yapılmış olan parçanın üretimini kimseye bağlı kalmadan iş yerimizde hatta evlerimizde üretmemizi mümkün kılmaktadır. Piyasada hazır halde satılan 3 boyutlu yazıcıları satın alabileceğimiz gibi yazıcı parçalarını tedarik ederek kendi 3 boyutlu yazıcımızı da evde yapabiliriz. Bu çalışma için piyasada hazır halde satılan Ender 3 Pro marka 3 boyutlu yazıcı ile çalışmalar yapılmış ve kullanılan yazıcıda tespit edilen aksaklıklar ve eksiklikler, parçalarını tedarik ederek yapmış olduğum katmanlı imalat teknolojileri arasında en yaygın olan FDM teknolojisine sahip 3 boyutlu yazıcıda giderilmeye çalışılmıştır.
Thanks to the rapidly developing technology today, technological products, which are an indispensable part of our lives and continue to increase, have made us a producer as well as being a consumer. With the Industry 4.0 revolution, many new components have been actively used in our social and business life. Three-dimensional printers take their place in our lives as one of these components and have a rapidly expanding usage area. Thanks to three-dimensional printers, we are not only in the consumer position, but also in the producer position. Thanks to the three-dimensional printers that reveal the concept of producer-consumer, it makes it possible for us to produce the computer-aided drawing of the part we need at any time we need, in our workplace or even in our homes, without being dependent on anyone. We can buy ready-made three-dimensional printers in the market, or we can make our own three-dimensional printer at home by supplying printer parts. For this study, studies were carried out with the Ender 3 Pro brand three-dimensional printer, which is sold ready in the market, and the defects and deficiencies detected in the printer used were tried to be eliminated in the three-dimensional printer with FDM technology, which is the most common among the additive manufacturing technologies I have made by supplying the parts.
