Abstract
Bu tez çalışması erkek sıçanlarda beyin üzerinde DADA yaylarının incelenmesi ve matematiksel modellemesi üzerine odaklanmaktadır. Çalışma beş bölümden oluşmaktadır ve hem beyin yapısı, işlevleri hem de davranışsal ve motor süreçler hakkında gerekli tanımlamalara yer verilmiştir. Öncelikle, DADA yaylarının beyinde ilişkili olduğu angular girus, korpus kallozum ve brakistokron eğrisi üzerinde durulmuş; bu yapılar arasındaki ilişkiler analiz edilmiş ve literatürdeki mevcut bilgiler gözden geçirilmiştir. Erkek sıçanlarda gıda bulma süreleri ile bu eğriler arasında kalan alanlar mukayese edilmiştir. Ayrıca, gıda bulma sürelerine ilişkin grupların günlük istatistiksel analizi ve gıda bulma süreleri ile deha alanı arasındaki ilişki istatistiksel olarak incelenmiştir. Matematiksel modelleme sürecinde, diferansiyel denklemlerin çözümü Maple programlama dili kullanılarak gerçekleştirilmiştir.
In this thesis consisting of five chapters, DADA arcs on the brain of male rats were examined and mathematical modeling was performed. In this study, necessary definitions were made about both brain structure functions and behavioral and motor processes. First of all, the use of the angular gyrus, corpus callosum and brachistochron curve, which are related to the DADA arcs in the brain, as well as the relationship analysis between the corpus callosum arc curve and the brachistochron curve and literature review were included. Food finding times and the area between the curves were compared in male rats. Daily statistical analysis of the groups regarding food finding times and statistical analysis between food finding times and genius area were performed. In mathematical modeling, differential equations were solved using Maple programming language.
