This study demonstrates the first examples of phenethylamine-based thiourea derivatives and their antimicrobial and antioxidant activities. All compounds exhibited strong antibacterial activity against tested bacteria known to cause nosocomial infections, which have acquired resistance to many antibiotics, and also strong antioxidant properties.
